Steel deck is a cold formed corrugated steel sheet supported by steel joists or beams. Normally used for spans of 4 10 with slabs of 4 8 of concrete and are used to create a composite action between the steel concrete. Our custom fabrication shop allows us to maintain control of the entire fabrication process from start to finish. Wide with six 3 in deep corrugations.

The steel girts are flown into place with a crane. The panels click together with a male and female seam on each panel. It is used to support concrete or insulating membrane of a roof. The seams can be field welded or crimped we chose welding.

A stage erected steel structure with concrete deck was the optimum solution to minimise the extent of modifications and to keep disruption of vehicular movement to a minimum.
